MONUMENTAL ENERGY APPOINTS DAVE BENNETT AS SENIOR

TECHNICAL ADVISOR

News Release - Vancouver, British Columbia – June 25 , 2025: Monumental Energy Corp.

(“Monumental” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: MNRG; FSE: ZA6; OTCQB: MNMRF) is pleased

announce Dave Bennett to the advisory board as senior technical advisor.

Mr. Bennett has more than 40 years experience in oil and gas exploration and has been involved

at a senior technical and corporate level in more than a dozen discoveries, in New Zealand and

Papua New Guinea; most of which have either been developed or are scheduled for development.

He has also been a university lecturer and government research scientist and is a qualified

geophysicist with a PhD and MSc in geophysics, and an honours degree in physics and maths.

Grant of Stock Options

The Company also announces that it has granted incentive stock options (“ Options”) to certain

directors, officers and consultants of the Company to purchase up to an aggregate 1,300,000

common shares of the Company at a price of $0.10 per common share for a period of two years

from the date of grant, pursuant to the Company’s equity incentive plan. The Options vest of the

date of grant.
