MERIDIAN ANNOUNCES GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS
LONDON, United Kingdom, October 22, 2019 /CNW/ - Meridian Mining S.E. (TSX V: MNO) ("Meridian" or
the "Company"), today announced that the board of directors of the Company has approved the grant of
an aggregate of 15,200,000.options (the "Options") to purchase common shares in the capital of the
Company to certain directors, officers, employees, consultants and advisors of the Company. The Options
are exercisable at a price of $0.07 per common share for a term of five years, until October 22, 2024. The
granting of the Options is subject to regulatory acc eptance of applicable filings. The Options shall be
exercisable, subject to the receipt by the Company of any required regulatory approval, four months after
the grant.
