MONGOOSE MINING COMPLETES CONTINUANCE
Toronto, August 16, 2022 - Mongoose Mining Ltd (the “Company”) (CSE: MNG) is pleased to announce that it
has continued from the laws of the province of British Columbia to the laws of the province of Ontario pursuant
to the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) as of August 12, 2022. The continuance was approved by a special
resolution of shareholders at the Company’s Annual General & Special Meeting held on June 14, 2022.
No action will be required by existing shareholders with respect to the continuance.
