Metallic Minerals Announces $2.75 Million Strategic Investment by Eric Sprott
September 30, 2019 - Vancouver, B.C., Metallic Minerals Corp. (TSX -V: MMG; US OTC: MMNGF) (“Metallic
Minerals”) announces a non-brokered private placement of $2,750,000 through the issuance of 12.5 million flow-
through units (the “Units”) at a price of $0.22 per Unit (the “Private Placement”). Each Unit consists of one common
share and one-half of one common share purchase w arrant (the “Warrants”). Each whole Warrant entitles the
holder to acquire one common share at an exercise price of $0.2 5 for a period of 24 months following the closing
date of the Private Placement.

Plata silver-gold-copper project, both of which we believe have excellent potential to be quickly advanced to
resource stage.”
Upon completion of the financing Eric Sprott will hold a 13% interest in the Company on a non-diluted basis and
19% on a partially diluted basis.
The net proceeds of the Offering will be used primarily for further exploration of the Keno silver project in Canada’s
Yukon Territory.
The Company has agreed to pay a finder’s fee to Mackie Research Capital equal to 4% of the gross proceeds received
from the purchasers in cash or units.
The Private Placement is subject to final TSX -V approval and the Units are subject to a hold period of four months
and one day from their date of issuance, under applicable Canadian securities law.
The Units have not been, and will not be, registered under the U.S. Securities Act or any U.S. state securities laws,
and may not be offered or sold in the United States or to, or for the account or benefit of, U.S. persons, absent
registration or any applicable exemption from the registration requirements of the U.S. Securities Act and applicable
U.S. state securities laws.
