Miata Metals Announces Filing of Final Short Form Prospectus – Accessible on

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Dec. 04, 2025 -- Miata Metals Corp. ( CSE:MMET) (FSE: 8NQ) (OTCQB: MMETF) (“Miata” or
the “Company”) is pleased to announce that, further to its news release dated November 18, 2025, it has filed a final short
form prospectus dated December 3, 2025 (the “Final Prospectus”) with the securities commissions in each of the provinces
of Canada, except Quebec, in connection with its public offering of common shares of the Company (the “ Common Shares”)
at $0.48 per Common Share for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $10,000,080 (the “Offering”).
The Offering is being conducted through a syndicate of agents led by Cormark Securities Inc. (collectively, the “ Agents”). The
Company has granted the Agents an option (the “ Over-Allotment Option ”) to sell up to an additional 3,125,000 Common
Shares on the same terms and exercisable at any time up to 30 days following the closing of the Offering, to cover over-
allotments, if any. If the Over-Allotment Option is exercised in full, additional gross proceeds of $1,500,000 will be raised
pursuant to the Offering and the aggregate gross proceeds of the Offering will be $11,500,080.
