Midnight Sun And KoBold Amend Longstop Date

Vancouver, British Columbia, December 2, 2024 - Midnight Sun Mining Corp. (TSXV: MMA

/ OTC: MDNGF) (“Midnight Sun” or the “Company ”) announces that they have mutually

agreed with KoBold Metals Company ( “KoBold”) to amend the longstop date of the

previously announced earn -in a greement (see news rele ase dated February 20 th, 2024) to

December 20, 2024. Midnight Sun and KoBold are working collaboratively to complete the

final condition precedent and anticipate t his to be completed ahead of the amended

longstop date.
