Timmins, Ontario: Melkior Resources Inc. (" Melkior ") is pleased to appoint David Lindsay as its

new Chief Financial Officer, as of January 1, 2017, replacing Mr. Sabino Di Paola.

David holds a Certificate in Canadian Tax Executive s and has obtained Secret Clearance with the

Federal Government, as well as a member of the Fina ncial Management Institute of Canada. He

has worked with the private, government, and non-government business sectors , including Domtar

Forest Products (Comptroller), Churchill Falls (Lab rador) Corporation (Project Controller),

Canadian Institutes of Health Research (Financial Accountant), Accu-tech Computer Systems (V.P

Finance), Federation of Canadian Municipalities (Financial advisor for Greenhouse Gas Project).

Melkior Resources Inc. has relocated its head offic e to 66 Brousseau Ave., Suite 207, Timmins,

Ontario P4N 5Y2, allowing a closer proximity to current and upcoming projects.

The board of directors would like to thank Mr. Di Paola for his work as Chief Financial Officer and

Chief Operating Officer during the restructuring of the corporate.
