Estimates and Life of Mine Plan

Mako Mining Corp. (“Mako” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: MAKO; TSXV: MKO) is pleased to

announce an independent technical report entitled “NI 43-101 Technical Report for the Mineral

Resources, Mineral Reserves and Mine Plan for the Moss Mine, Oatman Mining District, Mohave

County, Arizona ”, dated August 17, 2026 , having an effective date of June 30, 2026 (the

“Technical Report ”) has been filed under the Company’s profile on SEDAR + at

www.sedarplus.ca. and on EDGAR at www.sec.gov, and is also available on the Company’s

website at www.makominingcorp.com.

The Technical Report supports the previously announced mineral resource estimate at the Moss

Mine, having an effective date of June 30, 2026 (see new release dated July 7, 2026).
