Inovent Capital Inc. Issues Stock Options

Vancouver, British Columbia, December 31, 2013. Following the closing of its initial public offering on December 18, 2013, Inovent Capital Inc. (the “Company”), a Capital Pool Company, granted to its directors and officers incentive stock options to acquire an aggregate of 480,000 common shares at a price of $0.10 per common share, exercisable for a period of five years from the date the Company’s common shares were listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”).

The Company’s common shares were listed for trading on the Exchange on December 18, 2013 under the trading symbol “IVQ.P”.
