Changes to the Board and New CEO

VANCOUVER, BC – March 3, 2023 – X1 Entertainment Group Inc. (CSE: XONE; OTCQX: XOEEF;

FSE: ZI0) (“ X1” or the “ Company”), announces the resignation of Mark Elfenbein as Chief Executive

Officer and director of the Company.

The Company further announces that Adam Giddens has been appointed to the board of directors of the

Company, and further has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Giddens is a past CEO and

director of the Company.

Mr. Giddens is a skilled capital markets professional with several years of experience in the industry. He

has worked in a range of different positions from investor relations to business development and has helped

raise money for both private and public companies across a wide range of industries.
