CENTRAL AFRICAN GOLD TERMINATES ZANI KODO GOLD PROJECT

AGREEMENT

Vancouver, British Columbia - (October 30, 2021) – Central African Gold Inc . (TSXV:

CAGR; FSE: BC2; OTCQB: NDENF) (the “ Corporation ” or “ Central African Gold ”)

announces that after the completion of preliminary due diligence, the Corporation has terminated

the agreement announced by news release dated Septe mber 28, 2021 to acquire an interest in the

Zani-Kodo gold project, located in Ituri Province, DRC. The Corporation will continue with its

existing DRC projects and pursuing additional projects of merit.
