CENTRAL AFRICAN GOLD ANNOUNCES STOCK OPTIONS
Vancouver, British Columbia - (September 1, 2020) – Central African Gold Inc . (TSXV: CAGR;
FSE: BC2; OTCQB: NDENF) (the “ Corporation ” or “ Central African ”) announces the grant of
2,000,000 incentive stock options (the “ Stock Options ”) to certain of its directors, officers,
consultants and employees pursuant to the Corporati on’s Stock Option Plan. The options are
exercisable for a period of five years at a price of CAD$0.40 per share.

development and operation of mineral projects in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (“ DRC ”).
