BANKERS ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF BOARD MEMBERS
Vancouver, British Columbia - (May 8, 2020) – Bankers Cobalt Corp. (TSXV: BANC; FSE:
BC2; OTCQB: NDENF) (the “Corporation” or “Bankers”) announces the resignation of Royston
Denysschen and Simon Tuma-Waku from the Corporation’s board of directors due to personal
reasons, effective immediately.
The Board of Directors and management would like to thank both Messrs. Denysschen and Tuma-
Waku for their services and contributions and wish them the best in their future endeavors.
Bankers and the Board of Directors will appoint new directors in due course.
