BANKERS ANNOUNCES OTC AND FSE TRADING SYMBOL CHANGE, PROVIDES
UPDATE ON STATUS OF FILING OF ITS ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS DUE
TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Vancouver, British Columbia - (May 22, 2020) – Bankers Cobalt Corp. (TSXV: BANC; FSE:
BC21; OTCQB: NDEND) (the “Corporation” or “Bankers”) announces that further to its news
releases dated April 24, 2020 and May 19, 2020, announcing the completion of consolidation of
all of Corporation’s issued and outstanding common shares, Banker’s common shares commenced
trading on OTC Markets under the new OTCQB trading symbol: NDEND and on Frankfurt Stock
Exchange under the new symbol BC21. The previous trading symbols were OTCQB: NDENF and
FSE: BC2.
The Corporation d previously announced in its April 24, 2020 news release that the Corporation
will be relying on Temporary Exemption from Certain Corporate Finance Requirements (“BCI
51-515”) due to the ongoing outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19), and that the Corporation will
delay filing of the following documents:
• Audited Annual Financial Statements for the financial year ended December 31, 2019;
• Management’s Discussion and Analysis for the financial year ended December 31, 2019;
and
• Certifications of Annual Filings (together, the “Annual Filings”)
As previously announced, the Annual Filings would be filed no later than June 15, 2020 and the
Corporation will complete filing of its interim financial statements and accompanying
managements discussion and analysis for the three-month period ended March 31, 2020 shortly
after completion of Annual Filings.
Until the Annual Filings have been completed, the Corporation’s management and other insiders
are subject to a trading black-out policy that reflects the principles in section 9 of National Policy
11-207 Failure-to-File Cease Trade Orders and Revocations in Multiple Jurisdictions.
The Corporation confirms there have been no material business developments since the date of
filing of its interim financial statements for the period ended September 30, 2019, other than those
disclosed in this news release and news release dated May 19, 2020.
