RooGold Announces Change of Name and Trading Symbol
Toronto, ON, March 22, 2 023 –RooGold Inc. (CSE:ROO) (OTC PINK:JNCCF) (Frankfurt:5VHA)
("RooGold" or the " Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has changed its name to
"Metalite Resourc es Inc." from "RooGold Inc." and will begin trading on the Canadian Securities
Exchange ("CSE") under the new name at the market open on March 27, 2023.
The Company will also concurrently change its stock symbol to "METL" on the CSE.
No action is require d to be taken by shareholders with respect to the name change. Outstanding share
certificates are not affected by the name change and do not need to be exchanged. The Company's ISIN
and CUSIP numbers for the common shares will change to CA 5912361048 and 5 591236104,
respectively.
