Toronto, ON, August 30, 2023 – Metalite Resources Inc. (CSE: METL) (OTC: JNCCF)

(Frankfurt:5VHA) ("Metalite" or the "Company") announces that Dale Schultz has resigned from

the board of directors of the Company for health reasons.
