Drill Results Corporate Updates

Cameo Resources Appoints Duranya Sebabili as Director & Country Manager, Tanzania

September 9, 2026 SURREY, British Columbia – Cameo Resources Inc. (CSE: MEO FSE: Z88)

(“Cameo” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Duranya Sebabili as

Director and Country Manager, Tanzania, expanding his role with the Company as Cameo

prepares to commence its inaugural drill program at the Katoro Gold Project.

Mr. Sebabili has worked with Cameo in Tanzania since 2023, serving as the Company’s in-

country representative and supporting its engagement with government authorities, regulatory

bodies and local stakeholders. During that time, he has played an important role in advancing

Cameo’s interests in Tanzania, including helping secure regulatory approvals for two mineral

rights zones.

With more than 10 years of experience spanning public administration, government relations,

regulatory affairs and stakeholder engagement, Mr. Sebabili brings extensive experience

navigating government and regulatory processes and coordinating public-private stakeholders.

In his expanded role, Mr. Sebabili will oversee Cameo’s in-country activities and manage the

upcoming Katoro drilling program. He is already working closely with Cameo’s Tanzanian

drilling contractor to coordinate program planning, logistics and execution on the ground.

“Duranya has already proven to be an invaluable part of our team in Tanzania,” said Brent

Strasler, President & CEO of Cameo Resources. “His knowledge of the local regulatory

environment, relationships with government and stakeholders, and ability to get things done on

the ground have been instrumental as we advance Katoro. Expanding his role was a natural

next step, and we’re very pleased to have him leading our in-country operations as we prepare

to commence drilling.”

The Katoro Gold Project is located in Tanzania’s Lake Victoria Goldfields, immediately south of

TRX Gold’s Buckreef Gold Project. Cameo is preparing its inaugural drill program to test priority

targets identified through geological, geophysical and surface exploration work.
