CAMEO ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

July 29, 2026, SURREY, British Columbia – Cameo Resources Inc. (CSE: MEO FSE: Z88) (“Cameo” or the

“Company”) announces that it is undertaking a non-brokered private placement of up to $2,000,000 by the

issue of units at $0.15. Each unit consists of one common share and one half of a share purchase warrant, with

each whole warrant exercisable at $0.30 for a period of 2 years, subject to the Company’s right to accelerate

expiration on 30 days’ notice in the event that its shares trade at $0.45 for a period of 10 trading days, including

days where no trading occurs. Net proceeds will be used for immediate drilling, further exploration, marketing

and general working capital on its Katoro Gold Property in Tanzania..
