Glorious Creation – Management Cease Trade Order Lifted

Vancouver, BC, Canada, May 27, 2019 – Glorious Creation Limited (CSE: GCIT) (the “ Company”) announces that the

management cease trade order (the “ MCTO”) issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission (“BCSC”) on May 1, 2019

has been revoked. With the revocation of the MCTO, dir ectors, officers and other insiders of the Company are no longer

precluded from trading the Company’s common shares.

The MCT O was issued by the BCSC in relation to the Company’s late filing of its annual financial statements, the related

management’s disc ussion and analysis and the related officer certifications for the financial year ended December 31, 2018

(collectively, the “Annual Filings”) beyond the filing deadline of April 30, 2019.

In accordance with the terms and conditions of the MCTO, the Com pany filed the Annual Filings on May 24, 2019 on SEDAR at

www.sedar.com. The Company has now satisfied all of the terms and conditions of the MCTO required by the BCSC.
