Mobio Technologies Inc. Announces Termination of Proposed Acquisition of YOU MOVE ME Franchise Operations
Vancouver, B.C. – July 7, 2026 – TheNewswire – Mobio Technologies Inc. (TSXV: MBO) (“Mobio” or the “Company”) announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary You Move Me LLC (“You Move Me”) will not proceed with the previously announced proposed purchase of all of the franchise rights and assets used or owned by Easy Moves LLC and related companies, as described in the Company’s news release dated May 1, 2026 (the “Asset Purchase”).
The parties have mutually agreed to terminate previously signed letter of intent. The parties did not enter into a definitive agreement. No termination fee or penalty is payable by any party in connection with the termination.
The Company remains focused on its existing moving and moving-related service operations and will continue to evaluate opportunities that support its long-term growth strategy. The Company will provide further updates as and when required.
