Vancouver B.C., August 23, 2021 – MAX RESOURCE CORP. (“Max” or the “Company”) (TSX.V: MXR; OTC: MXROF;
Frankfurt: M1D2) is pleased to report the Company has received proceeds of $ 1,359,522 as a result of the exercise of
9,711,089 common share purchase warrants.
The warrants were issued in connection with a private placement closed August 19, 2020 and were set to expire August
19, 2021. The Company intends to use the proceeds of the warrant exercise for mineral exploration and general working
capital purposes.
"We would like to thank our long-term shareholders, for supporting the Company through the process of exercising these
warrants. The exercise of these warrants provides additional funds for Max’s well-financed exploration programs in both
Colombia and Peru," commented Max CEO, Brett Matich.
