Max Resource Announces Symbol Change

Vancouver B.C., March 8, 2022 – MAX RESOURCE CORP. (“Max”) (TSX.V: MXR; OTC: MXROF; Frankfurt: M1D2) is

pleased to announced that, at the opening on Thursday, March 10, 2022, the shares of the Company will commence trading

on the TSX Venture Exchange under new stock symbol “MAX”. The name of the Company and CUSIP shall remain the same.

Max Resource Corp. (TSXV: MXR) is a mineral exploration company advancing the newly discovered district-scale Cesar

copper-silver project. The Cesar project sits along the Colombian portion of the world’s largest producing copper belt
