VICTORY RESOURCES ANNOUNCES STOCK OPTION GRANT
VANCOUVER, BC, CANADA ( March 11, 2021) – Victory Resources Corporation (CSE: VR) (FWB:
VR61) (OTC: VRCFF) (“Victory” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has issued a total of
1,645,000 options pursuant to its incentive stock option plan (“Plan”) to management, employees and
consultants. Each option entitles the holder to subscribe for one commo n share of the Company for
$0.075 for a period of 5 years, subject to the terms of the Plan. Over the past quarter, 492,000 options
have been cancelled.
