Huntsman Sells Baxter Spring Property

Vancouver, British Columbia, September 26 , 2023 – Huntsman Exploration Inc. (TSXV:

HMAN; US: BBBMF) ( the “Company” or “Huntsman”) announces that it has sold its 100%

interest in the Baxter Spring property, Nevada, to an arm’s length purchaser for total consideration

of C$200,000. The property remains subject to a 2% net smelter returns royalty held by Pilot Gold

(USA) Inc.

The Company also announces that Neil McCallum has resigned as director of the Company. The

Company thanks Mr. McCallum for his hard work and dedication over the years and wishes him

well in his future endeavours.
