Huntsman Grants Stock Options

Vancouver, British Columbia, February 26, 2021 – Huntsman Exploration Inc. (TSXV: HMAN;

US:BBBMF) (the “Company” or “Huntsman”) announces that it has granted incentive stock options under

its stock option plan to directors, officers and consultants of the Company authorizing the purchase of 375,000

common shares at a price of $0.25 per share for a period of three years from the date of grant. The options are

subject to acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
