Golden Peak obtains DTC Eligibility in the U.S. and now trades on the OTC

PINKS Market under the Symbol GPKMF

Vancouver, BC – June 29, 2017 : Golden Peak Minerals Inc. (TSX-V: GP; OTC PINKS:

GPKMF) (“ Golden Peak ” or the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce that it has secured

Depository Trust Company (DTC) eligibility for its common shares listed on the OTC PINKS

Market. Securities that are eligible to be electron ically cleared and settled through the DTC are

considered "DTC eligible". This electronic method o f clearing securities speeds up the receipt of

stock and cash, and thus accelerates the settlement process for investors.
