Vancouver, BC – January 19, 2017: Golden Peak Minerals Inc. (TSX-V: GP) (“Golden Peak”
or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the award winning US Global Investors World
Precious Minerals Fund controls 15.22% of the Company.
Golden Peak recently completed a non-brokered private placement (see press release dated
December 20, 2016), through which the World Precious Minerals Fund acquired a strategic
investment in Golden Peak totaling 1,999,998 common shares.
