Stock Option Grants
January 29, 2026: Victoria, Canada –– Luxor Metals Ltd. (“Luxor” or “the Company”) (“LUXR”-
TSX-V) announces that, in conformance with its stock option plan (as approved by the shareholders of the
Company at its Annual and Special Meeting held April 4, 2025), the Company has granted to certain
directors, employees and consultants, options to purchase 1,924,896 shares of the Company at a price of
$0.24 per share (closing price of Luxor shares on the day previous), exercisable until January 29, 2031.
The new grants are subject to the policies of the TSX-V Stock Exchange. The stock option plan is a fixed
20% plan.
