LUNDIN GOLD ANNUAL GENERAL & SPECIAL MEETING
TO BE HELD JUNE 1, 2017
May 3, 2017 (Vancouver, Canada)… Lundin Gold Inc. ("Lundin Gold" or the "Company") (TSX: “LUG”,
Nasdaq Stockholm: “LUG”) announces that its Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders
will be held at Suite 2600, 595 Burrard Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, V7X 1L3 on Thursday, June
1, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. (Vancouver time), for the following purposes:
1. To receive the audited conso lidated financial statements and accompanying management
discussion and analysis of Lundin Gold Inc. for the year ended December 31, 2016, along
with the report of the auditors;
2. To reappoint the auditor for the upcoming year and to authorize the directors to fix the
remuneration of the auditor;
3. To elect eight directors to t he Board for the upcoming year;
4. To approve amendments to, and unallocated options under, Lun din Gold’s stock option
plan, as more particularly described in the Management Information Circular; and
5. To transact such other busines s as may properly come before the Meeting.
The record date for the Annual General and Special Meeting is April 18, 2017. The Notice of Meeting,
the accompanying Management Proxy Circular and related meeting materials are now available
