FORTRESS TO COMMENCE TRADING ON CONSOLIDATED BASIS AT MARKET OPENING ON DECEMBER 1, 2010

November 30, 2010 (FST-TSXV) Fortress Minerals Corp. (the “Company” or “Fortress”) reports that the Company will commence trading on a 1-new-for-20-old consolidated basis at the market opening on December 1, 2010 (please see news release dated November 23, 2010). The new CUSIP number is 34957A208 and the ISIN number is CA34957A2083. The Company will trade under the same symbol “FST” and there is no name change at this time.
