LUCARA ANNUAL GENERAL & SPECIAL MEETING
TO BE HELD MAY 11, 2017
April 12, 2017 (LUC – TSX, LUC – BSE, LUC – Nasdaq Stockholm) Lucara Diamond Corp. ("Lucara" or the
"Company") announces that its Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders will be held at Suite 2600,
Pacific Boardroom, 595 Burrard Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, V7X 1L3 on Thursday, May 1 1, 2017, at
10:00 a.m. (Vancouver time), for the following purposes:
1. to receive the consolidated audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2016,
together with the report of the auditors;
2. to reappoint PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditor of the Company for the upcoming year and to
authorize the directors to fix their remuneration;
3. to elect directors to the Board for the upcoming year;
4. to adopt an advisory resolution on executive compensation;
5. to pass a special resolution to adopt amended and restated Articles for Lucara as described in the
Management Proxy Circular; and
6. to transact such further or other business as may properly come before the Meeting.
The record date for the Annual General and Special Meeting is April 06, 2017. The Notice of Meeting, the
