Calgary, Alberta January 19, 2018 – Labrador Technologies Inc. ("Labrador" or the
"Corporation") (TSXV: “LTX”) is pleased to announce that it has successfully reached and
entered into a settlement agreement (the “Settlement Agreement”), pursuant to which the
Company will settle a claim in litigation, relating to an outstanding trade payable to a former
arm’s length consultant, for a total consideration of $90,000.
