Labrador Technologies Annual General Meeting and Formal Launch of
wellTriever™
Calgary, Alberta March 30, 2017 – Labrador Technologies Inc. ("Labrador" or the
"Corporation") (TSXV: “LTX”) is pleased to an nounce the results of the Annual General Meeting
(“AGM”) held on March 29, 2017 in Calgary, Alberta at the Corporation’s head office. With the
AGM, the Corporation, after 4 years of its development of proprietary, map-based data
retriever and visualizer softwa re, is commencing a campaign to formally launch wellTriever,
initially in the Oil & Gas sector. Concurrently , the company’s management is targeting both
strategic partnerships and clients in other sect or opportunities. Additional information on

All motions were passed at the AGM, which include d election of Ronald Sterne, George Wilson
and Jeffrey Howe as directors, fixing the numbe r of directors at three (3). KPMG LLP were
reappointed as auditors for the Corporation for fiscal 2017, having also prepared the financial
statements for the year ended October 31, 2016 and years previously.
