PRESS RELEASE GRANTING OF OPTIONS

Montreal, Quebec, April 17, 2014 - TomaGold Corporation (TSXV: LOT) (“TomaGold” or the “Company”) announces the granting, pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, of 300,000 options to a director of the Company. Each option is exercisable at a price of $0.15 for a period of five years from the date of grant.
