ST. JAMES GOLD GRANTS OPTIONS

Vancouver, British Columbia—December 8, 2020 – St. James Gold Corp. (TSXV: LORD) (the “Company”)

is pleased to announce that it has granted a total of 470,712 stock options to its directors, officers and

consultants. The options were granted at a price of $0.36 per share and are exercisable for a period of

two (2) years from the date of grant.

The options are subject to an Exchange Hold Period. The securities to be issued will be subject to a hold

period of four months under the rules of the TSX Venture Exchange and applicable securities laws.
