ST. JAMES GOLD CORP. (TSX-V: LORD) UPDATE ON ANNUAL GENERAL

MEETING

Vancouver, British Columbia, November 28, 2024 - St. James Gold Corp. (the “Company” or “St. James”)

(TSXV: LORD) (OTCQB: LRDJF) (FSE: BVU3) announces that it has sent the Management

Information Circular, Notice of Meeting and proxy form (the “Meeting Materials”) for the Company’s

upcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on December 19, 2024 (the “Meeting”) to the shareholders

of the Company.

There is some risk the ongoing Canada Post postal strike will delay delivery of the Meeting Materials before

the Meeting. The Company wishes to inform shareholders of ease of access of the Meeting Materials on

the Company’s SEDAR+ profile at www.sedarplus.ca. Additionally, shareholders can access the Meeting

Materials on the Company’s website at https://stjamesgold.com/investors/.
