announce that it has received TSX Venture Exchange approval to change its name to St. James G old Corp. (see Bard’s
News Release dated October 6, 2020).
At the open of market on Wednesday, October 14, 2020, the Company will be gin trading under its new name St. James
Gold Corp. The new trading symbol will be LORD. The CUSIP and ISIN numbers ha ve changed to 790014104 and
CA7900141044 respectively.
