CORPORATE UPDATE
August 4, 2020 - Vancouver, British Columbia: Bard Ventures Ltd. (the “Company” or “Bard”) is pleased to announce
the appointment of Mr. Wu Zijian as Chief Financial Officer (“ CFO”) of the Company in place of Mr. Sheng (S am)
Wang, who has resigned as CFO effective immediately.
Mr. Wu Zijian, CFO
Mr. Wu currently serves as the CFO at Zhejiang Jinbao Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. since May 2020. From September 2018
to December 2018, Mr. Wu served on the Board of Directors at SSLJ, Inc, a company listed on Nasdaq. From April 2018
to April 2019, Mr. Wu served on the Board of Director at Shanghai Lianrong Equity Investment Fund Co., Ltd. Mr. Wu
holds a Bachelors of Management from China Huaqiao University in June 2017.
