CORPORATE UPDATE
September 10 , 2019 - Vancouver, British Columbia: Bard Ventures Ltd. (the “ Company” or “Bard”) is pleased to
announce the appointment of Ms . Jessika Angarita as Director of the Company in place of James (Jim) Miller-Tait, who
has resigned as Director.

Ms. Angarita has ten years of experience in the Canadian capital markets and has served various roles in numerous
Canada-based natural resource companies listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, most notably, Gran Colombia Gold and
The Augusta Group (Wildcat Silver, Augusta Resources, Ventana Gold Corp) . She contributed to diverse initiatives
including investor relations, due diligence, public affairs, as well as coordinating international roadshows, seminars, and
trade shows.
Ms. Angarita has extensive business relationships in Latin America. She led the marketing and business development
efforts in the Americas for Camper & Nicholsons International , a renowned brokerage firm in the luxury yachting
industry, and provided consultancy services to various financial institutions, including American Tower, Itaú Pri vate
Bank, and Biscayne Capital . As an advisor, she was in charge of executing the communications strategy, coordinating
roadshows, and positioning the companies and their executive teams in the Latin American region.
Ms. Angarita graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Communications from Universidad Sergio Arboleda
in Colombia. She is a Canadian and Colombian citizen and is fluent in Spanish and English.
