BARD CLOSES NON BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT
June 12, 2018 - Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada: Bard Ventures Ltd. (the “ Company” or “Bard”) is pleased to
announce that further to its news release dated June 1, 2018, it has closed a non-brokered private placement for 5,000,000
units (the “Units”) of the Company at a price of $0.04 per unit for gross proceeds of $200,000 (the “Offering”).
Each Unit will consist of one (1) common share (the “Common Share”) and one (1) common share purchase warrant (a
“Warrant”). Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one (1) additional Common Share of the Company
at a price of $0.05 for a period of two (2) years from the closing date of the Offering. The securities issued pursuant to the
Offering are subject to a four (4) month hold period from the closing date.
The Company relied on the TSX Venture Exchange’s discretionary waiver (the “Waiver”) of the $0.05 minimum pricing
requirement bulletin, dated April 7, 2017. Proceeds raised from the sale of the Units will be used for the renewal and
filing of claim assessment fees to the Loan Pine Property Claim; current audit and tax returns; and trust company, bank
fees and other general expenses. The proceeds will also be used for general working capital purposes. No funds will be
paid to directors or insiders, and no finder’s fees were paid in connection with this Offering.
