BARD ANNOUNCES CHANGES IN BOARD
March 17, 2017 - Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada: Bard Ventures Ltd. (the “ Company” or “Bard”) is pleased to
announce the appointment of Mr. Ming Jiao as a Director of the Company. Mr . Jiao curre ntly serves as an Investment
Manager of Zhongxian Information Co. Ltd, China.
Mr. Ming Jiao served as a business director for Nanjing Pharmaceutical, a Chinese public investment company, and as an
investment manager for several other companies. Previously, he was a director of Green Standard Vanadium Corp., a
CSE listed company.
Mr. Ming Jiao has a Bachelor of Law degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University, China , and a Master’s degree in
Mathematics and Economics from Bowling Green State University, USA.
