Stratabound reclassification to Tier 2 on TSX Venture Exchange

Calgary, July 13, 2015 - Stratabound Minerals Corp. announces that further to the Company’s Cease Trade Order issued by the Alberta Securities Commission on May 6, 2015, the TSX Venture Exchange advises that it has issued a bulletin reclassifying the Company to Tier 2 effective July 8, 2015, where it will remain suspended.
