Vancouver, B.C. – March 8, 2011: Artha Resources Corporation (TSXV:AHC) is pleased to announce the appointment of George Lim to its Board of Directors. George is a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years of extensive experience in accounting, financial, taxation and audit of companies in the mining and other industry. Mr. Lim is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Dundarave Resources Inc. and is on the board of directors of Eurasian Minerals Inc. Until its recent takeover, in a transaction valued at in excess of $430 million, Mr. Lim held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Potash One Inc. Mr. Lim was also the Chief Financial Officer of Energy Metals Corporation prior to its take-over in a transaction valued at $1.5 billion. Mr. Lim has been involved in numerous financings, mergers and acquisitions of public companies listed on TSX and NYSE.

Artha President Todd McMurray states ‘Mr. Lim’s extensive experience in mining finance will be a valuable asset as the Company begins an aggressive exploration and development program in Argentina”.

The Company also announces that pursuant to the Company’s Stock Option Plan, it has granted 150,000 incentive stock options at an exercise price of $0.35 per share, and expire on March 8, 2016.
