LINCOLN GOLD ADV ANCES BELL MOUNTAIN DEVELOPMENT WITH WATER

INFRASTRUCTURE RIGHT-OF-WAY TRANSFER APPLICATION

Vancouver, B.C. – September 22, 2026 – Lincoln Gold Mining Inc. (TSXV: LMG; OTC: LNCLF;

FRA: ZMG) (“Lincoln” or the “Company”) announces another step in the advancement of its 100%-

owned Bell Mountain Gold-Silver Project in Nevada, with its Nevada subsidiary, Lincoln Resource

Group Corp., applying to the U.S. Bureau of Land Management (“BLM”) to transfer an existing right-

of-way (“ROW”) associated with the project’s water well road.

The existing ROW, grant number NVN51551, is currently held by Bell Mountain Exploration Corp.,

which has provided its consent to assign the ROW to Lincoln Resource Group Corp. Lincoln has

agreed to assume the existing terms and conditions of the ROW, subject to BLM approval.

Building the Infrastructure for Bell Mountain

The ROW provides established access associated with Bell Mountain’s water well infrastructure. Its

proposed transfer directly to Lincoln’s Nevada subsidiary is part of the Company’s ongoing effort to

consolidate project infrastructure and advance the practical requirements for future development.

The application follows Lincoln’s September 1, 2026 announcement outlining its next phase of Bell

Mountain engineering, including well testing and preliminary waterline design.

“We are now moving from planning into execution on Bell Mountain,” said Ian Rogers, Chairman

and CEO. “This right-of-way is one of the practical infrastructure components required to

advance the project, and bringing it under Lincoln’s direct control is another step in building the

foundation for future development.”

The Company expects to continue advancing Bell Mountain through a series of technical, infrastructure

and regulatory milestones as it progresses toward development.

The assignment remains subject to BLM approval and will not become effective until approval is

received.

Bell Mountain Project

Bell Mountain is Lincoln’s 100%-owned advanced-stage gold-silver project in Nevada’s Walker Lane.

The project includes four defined deposits—Spurr, Varga, Sphinx and East Ridge—and is supported by

substantial historical drilling, an established technical foundation and an existing open-pit, heap-leach

development plan.

Lincoln is advancing Bell Mountain through a structured engineering and development program, with

additional exploration potential across the property. The Company expects to continue advancing Bell

Mountain through a series of technical, infrastructure and regulatory milestones as it progresses toward

development.
