GOLD BASIN ANNOUNCES NON-BROKERED $0.15 CAD PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Vancouver, British Columbia: Gold Basin Resources Corporation (the "Company" or "Gold Basin") –
(TSX-V GXX, OTCQB: GXXFF ) today announced that it intends to complete a non-brokered private
placement (the "Financing") through the issuance of a minimum of 3,333,333 common shares in the
capital of the Company (each, a "Share") at a price of $0.15 per Share for minimum gross proceeds of
$500,000 CAD. The Company anticipates closing the Financing later this month.
The proceeds of the Financing are intended to fund ongoing fieldwork and exploration campaigns at
Gold Basin's mineral projects and for general working capital. The Company may pay finder's fees to
eligible finders equal to 6% in cash of the gross proceeds from placees introduced by such finder. All
Shares issued in connection with the Financing will be subject to a hold period of four-months and one
day in Canada. The Financing is subject to the receipt of all necessary approvals including acceptance
for filing of the Financing by the TSX Venture Exchange and any applicable securities regulatory
authorities.
