Global Li-Ion Changes Name to Lion Critical Minerals Corp.

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada (May 19, 2026) – Lion Critical Minerals Corp. (formerly Global Li-Ion

Graphite Corp.) (CSE:LION) ( “Lion Critical Minerals ” or, the “Company”) is pleased to announce that,

eﬀective May 19, 2026, it has changed its name to “Lion Critical Minerals Corp.”.

There is no change to the Company’s symbol ‘LION’. Eﬀective market open May 22, 2026, the Company’s

common shares will begin to trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the new name . The

Company is in the process of updating its website, corporate materials, and regulatory ﬁlings to reﬂect the

new name. The new CUSIP for the Company’s common shares will be 536215106 and the new ISIN number

will be CA5362151063.
