SUMMIT PROSPECTUS

September 14, 2026 – Vancouver, B.C., Li-FT Power Ltd. (“LIFT” or the “Company”) (TSXV: LIFT)

(ASX: LFT ) ( OTCQX: LIFFF ) ( Frankfurt: WS0) is pleased to announce that the Company’s

Yellowknife Lithium Project and Lithium Carbonate Conversion Facility has been selected for

inclusion in the investment prospectus for the Canada Investment Summit, taking place

September 14-15, 2026, in Toronto.

Hosted by Prime Minister Mark Carney in partnership with CPP Investments and PSP

Investments, the Canada Investment Summit will convene leading global investors, Canadian

business leaders and government representatives to connect capital with Canadian investment

opportunities, advance major projects, and mobilise long-term investment in sectors of strategic

importance to Canada, including critical minerals.

LIFT is building a large -scale Canadian lithium platform spanning the Yellowknife and Adina-

Galinée projects, with a strategy to extend upstream lithium development downstream into

battery-grade lithium carbonate production (Figure 1). The Company’s integrated development

strategy is designed to capture more value in Canada while strengthening North American lithium

supply chain security.

Investor Relations Engagement

LIFT is pleased to announce that it has entered into a consulting agreement with Prospect Capital Relations

effective September 15, 2026 (the “Consulting Agreement” ) to provide investor relations services to the

Company, including coordinating contacts with the investment community and responding to shareholder

inquiries on the recent developments within the Company. In addition, Prospect Capital Relations will

organize and attend roadshows in conjunction with the organization of conferences.

Under the terms of the Consulting Agreement, the Company will pay Prospect Capital Relations a fee of

C$10,500 per month plus applicable taxes. Either party may terminate the Consulting Agreement on 30

days' prior written notice. The Consulting Agreement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture

Exchange.

Prospect Capital Relations is owned by John David MacDougall and is an arm’s length party to the

Company. To the Company’s knowledge, as of the date of this news release, Mr. MacDougall beneficially

owns a nominal number of common shares of the Company.
