(IOC) announced yesterday (see attached Media Statement) that the
USW Local 9344 in Sept-Îles voted to accept the offer presented by IOC and the union representatives.

IOC is pleased to advise that the members of the USW local 9344 in
Sept Iles
have concluded voting today and have accepted the latest offer
presented by management and union representatives.
IOC believes that the agreement reached is a fair and equitable agreement for all stakeholders.
