President, Investor Relations of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Mammadov is a seasoned mining investor
relations, marketing and communications professional, with over five years of experience in the junior mining sector.
Farid Mammadov previously served as Vice President, Investor Relations at New Age Metals Inc. He holds the Certified
Professional Investor Relations ( CPIR) designation from the Canadian Investor Relations Institute ( CIRI) and a B.A. in
Business Law and a minor in Economics from Carleton University.
