MENIKA MINING LTD. COMPLETES SHARE CONSOLIDATION

December 10, 2013—Menika Mining Ltd. (MML.V) (“Menika” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that on December 6, 2013 the Company received TSX Venture Exchange approval for the previously proposed share consolidation. Shareholders of Menika approved this consolidation at the Company’s Annual General & Special meeting held on November 12, 2013. Effective as of the opening of trading on December 9, 2013, the consolidated shares of the Company commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”) on the basis of 1 (one) post-consolidated common share for every 40 (forty) pre-consolidated common shares held (the “Consolidation”).

As of December 6, 2013, the Company had 40,399,156 shares issued and outstanding. Post consolidation, the Company has 1,009,978 shares issued and outstanding as of December 9, 2013.

The Company’s new CUSIP number is 58682L2057 and the new ISIN number is CA 58682L2057. A Letter of Transmittal with respect to the consolidation was mailed to shareholders of the Company with the annual general and special meeting materials.

All shareholders with physical certificates in hand will be required to send their respective certificates representing the pre-consolidated common shares along with a completed Letter of Transmittal to the Company’s transfer agent, TMX Equity Financial Transfer and Trust Company (“TMX Equity”), in Toronto, Ontario, all in accordance with the instructions provided in the Letter of Transmittal. All Shareholders who submit a duly completed Letter of Transmittal along with their respective preconsolidated share certificate(s) to TMX Equity will receive in return a post-consolidated share certificate.
